Basic house cleaning generally includes General Tasks: 1. Dusting exterior surfaces of furniture, external shelves, using a cloth or duster. 2. Dry mopping, cleaning floors with a broom to remove dirt, dust, and debris. 3. Wet mopping, cleaning hard floors with a mop and cleaning solution to remove dirt. 4. Cobweb removal from all accessible areas Kitchen: 1. Wiping down and cleaning countertops with a cleaning solution to remove spills. 2. External dry dusting of kitchen trolley and cabinets. Bathroom: 1. Basic cleaning the toilet bowl and wiping down the exterior. 2. Cleaning the sink and countertop area. 3. Wping down mirrors to remove streaks and smudges. Bedrooms: 1. External dusting of furniture 2. Dry mopping, cleaning floors with a broom to remove dirt, dust, and debris. 3. Dry and wet mopping, cleaning hard floors with a mop and cleaning solution to remove dirt. 4. Dry dusting of fans. Hall area: 1. TV unit dry dusting 2. Fans dry dusting 3. Furniture external dry dusting 4. Flooring dry and wet mopping Balcony area: Floor tiles dry and wet mopping Note : 1. Ladder, water and electricity should be arranged by client. 2. Homes under renovation or with active carpentry/electrical work are not covered. 3. No scrubbing work done in basic cleaning 4. No stains or marks will be removed. 5. Payment to be made immediately after completion of work. 6. Client needs to check themself after completion of work and make the payment. 7. No garbage disposal will be done. 8. No furniture items or any other items will be moved and cleaned, cleaning will be done as it is without moving any items. 9. Basic cleaning applicable only for those homes which were not in use for more than 15 days. 10. Additional charges will ne applicable for bathroom deep cleaning work.
